Privacy Policy
The short version: we store what the product needs to work, we delete a released number’s metadata after 90 days, we never record calls, and we never sell your data.

01
What we store
- Account details
- Your email address, a password hash, and your name if you give one.
- Your real mobile number
- The number your calls and texts forward to, and its line type. It is how forwarding works, and how we hold the free plan to one account per person.
- Texts sent to your numbers
- Message content and metadata (sender and timestamp) while the number is active on your account.
- Picture messages
- Media attached to a text, stored up to 5 MB per message.
- Call metadata
- Caller number, timestamps, duration, and whether the call was forwarded, blocked, or rejected.
- Never call audio
- Calls pass through to your phone. No recording of a forwarded call exists anywhere in the product.
- Signup context
- IP address and basic device signals, used only to prevent abuse.
02
How long we keep it
- While a number is active
- Message content and call metadata stay visible in your dashboard.
- After a number is burned and released
- Its metadata is kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- When you delete your account
- Your account data goes with it, except records we are required to keep for tax, billing, or legal reasons.
03
Who processes data for us
Five companies, each getting only what its job needs.
- Stripe
- Takes payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Commio
- The telephony carrier that supplies the numbers and delivers calls and texts.
- 1Lookup
- Checks phone number line types and screens signups for abuse.
- Resend
- Sends our transactional email.
- Vercel
- Hosts the application and stores picture message media.
04
What we never do
- We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We never record calls.
- We never use your message content for advertising.
- We never share your data outside the five processors above, unless the law requires it.
05
Your choices
- Burn any number whenever you want. Traffic to it stops immediately.
- Ask support to export your account data, or to delete it.
- Email forwarding of texts is off by default on every number. You turn it on.
